A Neorenaissance building on Pivovarská Street that tells the story of the historical development of urban development in the second half of the 19th century. In the immediate vicinity of the legendary brewery, it combines elements of the renaissance with an industrial style. You can recognise the building from afar by its noble feature in the form of a balcony with a balustrade.

The flats and non-residential spaces will be prepared as shell & core. Do 3 měsíců od podpisu smlouvy o smlouvě budoucí doplatí do výše 20% z kupní ceny. S vyřízením hypotečního úvěru Vám rádi pomůžeme.

Before the validity of the Preliminary Purchase Contract expires, the Purchasing Party and Selling Party shall conclude a Purchase Contract, specifically no later than by 30.6.2019. After the signing of the Purchase Contract, the Purchasing Party is obliged to pay the Selling Party the remainder of the purchase price. In the event of the earlier completion, the Selling Party can call upon the Purchasing Party to sign the Purchase Contract within 30 days from the receipt of the notice.
